MARCH 5 - MAY 14 | Family Art Therapy with Project Create

Families looking for a meaningful way to strengthen connection and communication are invited to participate in Family Art Therapy, a free, in-person program offered by Project Create.

Designed as a supportive and welcoming space, this multi-week series brings families together to explore guided creative expression as a tool for reducing stress, building resilience, and deepening understanding of one another. No prior art experience is necessary. The focus is not on perfection, but on showing up, listening, and creating together.

Each session begins with a shared meal, offering families time to settle in and connect before transitioning into thoughtful, guided art activities. Through collaborative projects and reflection, participants will develop new tools for communication and emotional well-being in an engaging and accessible environment.
