Historic Anacostia Neighbors Invited to Mix, Mingle at Atlas Brew Works on September 24

The Historic Anacostia Block Association is inviting neighbors to come together for a casual evening of conversation, community and connection on Thursday, September 24, from 5–7 PM at Atlas Brew Works in the Bridge District.

The neighborhood happy hour and mix & mingle is an opportunity for Historic Anacostia residents to meet the people who live right next door—or a few blocks away—while spending an evening supporting a local business.

Designed to be relaxed and welcoming, the gathering will offer both indoor and outdoor space. Neighbors can stop by after work, grab a drink or bite to eat, catch up with familiar faces and hopefully meet a few new ones along the way.

The event is family-friendly and open to all ages, making it easy to bring the whole household. Four-legged neighbors can join the fun, too, with leashed pets welcome in the outdoor seating area.

At its heart, the evening is about strengthening neighborhood connections while supporting one of the businesses helping bring new energy to the Bridge District.
