DEC 8 | Applications Open for Grant Opportunities from HumanitiesDC

HumanitiesDC has announced that applications for the 2026 Community Grant opportunities will open December 8, 2025! These grants support projects that celebrate and document the people, places, and stories that make our city unique.

The following grant programs will open for applications on December 8:
✨ Community Culture & Heritage Grant
✨ Visions – Projects + Events Grant
✨ Oral History Interviewing Grant

These opportunities are perfect for local artists, historians, educators, and organizations working to highlight DC’s diverse voices and neighborhoods.
