Far Southeast Family Strengthening Collaborative is operating on telework basis but they are still providing essential community services including:

• Families connected to FSFSC will continue to be served; staff is leveraging technology to provide food assistance, case management, and other essential services.

• The Credible Messengers team has been on location at Anacostia High School, Brooklyn Middle School, and McKinley Technology High School to support the DCPS food service program.

• Violence Interruption teams have continued to work to ensure the safety of the community by conducting routine visibility checks.

• Families who reside in priority communities are being connected to teletherapy services.

• Congress Heights Senior Wellness Center is offering meals for pick up or delivery to any senior in need. They have also moved programming such as Zumba and Tai Chi online.

• The community engagement team is calling families and members to offer resources, understand their emergency needs, and inform our response.
