Art All Night Returns to Historic Anacostia September 11 with “Good Trouble. Louder!”
Art All Night is returning to Historic Anacostia on Friday, September 11, 2026, bringing another evening of art, music, food, performances and community celebration to DC’s Official Arts & Culture District.
This year’s theme, “Good Trouble. Louder!”, sets the tone for a night celebrating creativity, culture and community throughout the historic neighborhood.
For one unforgettable evening, the Anacostia business corridor along Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE and Marion Barry Avenue SE will come alive as local businesses, artists, performers and community members transform the neighborhood into a destination for arts and culture.
Visitors can expect an evening filled with visual art, live music, spoken word, food, fashion, skateboarding and more, with activities and performances taking place throughout the corridor.
Art All Night offers more than a chance to experience great art and entertainment. It also gives visitors an opportunity to explore Historic Anacostia, discover neighborhood businesses and creative spaces, support local artists and entrepreneurs, and experience one of DC’s most historic communities after dark.
Whether visitors come for the art, the music, the food, the fashion, the skateboarding—or a little bit of everything—there will be plenty happening throughout the evening.
