Mike Jones is a highly qualified and results-driven professional with over 30 years of  relevant experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, customer service, brand  development strategies, problem-solving, closing sales, client satisfaction, and strategic  planning. He possesses advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills  and is an excellent team player with solid leadership capabilities. 

Currently serving as the Managing Partner for The Foster-Jones Group in Washington, DC,  since 2009, Mike has built a highly efficient team of marketing and digital marketing  professionals. He develops websites, logos, digital collateral materials, SEO strategies,  social media, digital marketing & advertising, and brand strategies for startup companies.  In addition, he is adept at defining digital marketing strategies focusing on Facebook,  Instagram, and LinkedIn social media platforms to support the company’s overall strategy and objectives. He also plans and coordinates promotional campaigns and other  marketing efforts across channels (digital, press), focusing on SEO and marketing  positioning. 

Before his current position, Mike served as the Director of Marketing/Digital Media for  Walt Disney ABC Networks, Channels 11 in Raleigh, NC, from 2008-2009. He provided  ideas for promotional events or activities and organized them efficiently. He planned and executed campaigns for a corporate promotion and launching of new product lines and  helped promote company events, news, tradeshows, webinars, blogs, and all other  3CLogic marketing initiatives. He also researched the general market to keep abreast of  trends and competitor's marketing movements. 

Before this, Jones worked as Director of Marketing and Digital Media for Walt Disney ABC  Networks and as New Media Director and Marketing Director for Radio One Raleigh  Market. Jones received several awards, including the Best Multicultural Promotion Award  from Pepsi Bottling Ventures in 2007. 

Jones started his professional career as Promotions Director/Marketing Director at Radio  One, Inc. in Lanham, MD, from 1994 to 2000; Michael Jones was responsible for all  marketing, advertising, branding, and positioning programs for 93.9 WKYS, WMMJ, and  WOL 1450am. He also oversaw the creation, management, and integration of grassroots  and corporate promotions for companies such as American Express, IBM, Proctor &  Gamble, and Bad Boy Entertainment, among others. 

Mr. Jones's experience in this role allowed him to develop expertise in the creation and execution of successful marketing and promotional campaigns, as well as in building and  managing relationships with major corporate partners. In addition, he leveraged his brand  management and promotion skills to create high-impact campaigns that increased  visibility and boosted sales for his clients while also enhancing the brand reputation of  the radio stations he represented. 

In this position, Mr. Jones demonstrated his ability to drive revenue growth and build  strong partnerships by delivering innovative and effective marketing solutions. His  success in managing marketing and promotional initiatives for high-profile companies  attests to his strong leadership, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities. 

Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a  concentration in Marketing from Frostburg State University.  

Mr. Jones graduated from Crossland High School with a Diploma in Math & Science/AP 1985 – 1989  

Mr. Jones is married to Cristen Jones and the proud father of a beautiful daughter, Londen Jones.
