Please join us on Zoom for another cooking demonstration by Louisiana Chef Moses Jackson Jr. as he shares some creole harvest dishes - Andouille and Chicken Jambalaya, Roasted Beets and Rosemary Salad.

Chef Moses Jackson has been delighting culinary palates across the country for more than 20 years. A native of New Orleans, his passion for creating scintillating fare has garnered recognition at restaurants across the country. He is a craftsman of Cajun and Creole cooking, having mastered the art and distinction between both styles. The result, many signatures dishes. He is famous for saying, “There is no shortcut for cooking good food for the soul.” Classically trained at the Culinary Institute of New Orleans, Chef Moses has had the privilege of working under the tutelage of well-known chefs Emeril Laggasse at Nola and Paul Prudhomme at K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen. Chef Moses has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Southern University.
