Friends of Ketcham Elementary School (FoKES) is a volunteer-led non-profit organization committed to creating a community around Ketcham—a DCPS Head Start through 5th-grade elementary school located in the historic Anacostia community in Washington, DC.
Our Mission
To provide resources for students, teachers, staff and parents.
To promote and celebrate the successes at Ketcham.
To enrich and expand learning opportunities for students.
To partner with parents to foster an engaging, safe and robust learning environment for students.
