JULY 30 | Deadline to apply for Recreation For All Community Grants
Are you a youth recreation provider needing equipment, travel, or general program funding?
To support Mayor Bowser’s goal of engaging underserved youth with robust recreation opportunities, the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) proudly announces the Recreation for All Community Grants. DPR will empower recreators in underserved communities with barriers to high-quality and affordable recreation opportunities. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing rolling basis until Monday, July 30, 2023, or until funds are exhausted.
There is $3 million available to engage youth ages 6-18, provide recreational opportunities, and promote skill development.
