Explore new and natural ways to relax and reduce the stress in our lives. Learn strategies to keep the stress levels low during this stressful time by producing more endorphins. Alicia L. Rucker is a registered nurse (RN) with 21 years of experience. Working in emergency and trauma units, she has discovered methods to release endorphins that will immediately reduce stress. A love for people, Ms. Rucker has created Experiences in Relaxation, an interactive workshop that introduces/reinforces relaxation techniques to be used daily as a tool to promote a healthier life.

Alicia Rucker has special experience in medical oncology, emergency health services and medical communications. Ms. Rucker is an expert in stress management and relaxation techniques. She is a member of the Deanwood Citizens Association (DC) in Washington D.C. and is very active in her community. She currently works as Nurse Coordinator for DigiDoc, Inc.
