There will be five stops on the walking tour where paranormal investigations will occur.

*TOUR LEADERS
John Muller, author of Frederick Douglass in Washington, D.C.: The Lion of Anacostia (The History Press, 2012) has been leading walking tours of Old Anacostia since 2013. Throughout the years many tour participants have asked about ghosts and a possible ghost tour. After many years of continuous research and collecting many oral histories from local residents, including the late Mr. George Rice of 14th & W Street SE, a ghost tour is finally being launched.

The Ghost tour is a collaboration between Lost History Associates and Chocolate City Paranormal Team, led by Fayne Spears.

Fayne Spears is a native Washingtonian and proprietor of Chocolate City Paranormal Team. She has led ghost-related tours in the Washington, D.C. area since 2019.
