May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it's the perfect time to focus on your well-being. Martha's Table is proud to offer a variety of activities and resources to support and uplift our neighbors. Whether you're looking to learn new coping skills, connect with others in the community, or simply take a break from the stresses of daily life, we've got you covered.

Our very first wellness week is just around the corner, and we can't wait for you to join us. From May 1st through May 6th, we'll be offering workshops, classes, and events designed to help you prioritize your mental health. Some of the highlights include:

  • A special Art Therapy workshop

  • Mental Health Resources
