Get Involved with The Anacostia Arts Center Focus Group

At the Anacostia Arts Center (AAC), we're dedicated to creating a home for small businesses, artists, arts, and cultural organizations to fulfill our commitment to the revitalization and sustainable economic development of Historic Anacostia.

This spring, we're taking time to imagine what's possible for the future of the AAC. We're talking with our Wacif network to better understand the opportunities and challenges facing DMV entrepreneurs.

We would like to invite you to take part in a 2-hour, in-person focus group about entrepreneurship in the DMV on Thursday, 3/21, 6:00-8:00 PM at the Anacostia Arts Center.

The focus group will allow for time to network with 10-12 fellow DMV entrepreneurs as we discuss your:

  • Experience as a business owner,

  • Biggest challenges facing your business,

  • Services and programs you need as a business owner,

  • Ideas for the future of the Anacostia Arts Center.

This discussion's findings and recommendations will be written up in a report to ensure that the Anacostia Arts Center meets the needs of our community.

If you would like to take part in our in-person focus group on Thursday, 3/21, please sign up using this registration link. All participants will be entered in 4 raffles to win one of the
